I have spent many years walking the path between the physical and the sacred - studying the body, the nervous system, human relating, energetic healing and the quiet intelligence that lives within all of us.

I trust in the body’s innate wisdom. I trust in natural healing. And I trust that when we create the right conditions - safety, presence, conscious touch and sound - extraordinary transformation becomes possible.

My approach is professional, warm and deeply present. I work with individuals of all genders and with couples, meeting each person exactly where they are.

Sacred Bliss is located at Avoca Beach on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW.
