Somatic RESET Program

A structured 6-week 1:1 healing journey supporting nervous system regulation, emotional integration and lasting transformation — rooted in the body, guided with care.

Solo & Couples Intimacy Work

Deepening your relationship with yourself and those you love. Through somatic practice, meditation, breath work and conscious relating, we support individuals and couples to reconnect, communicate and thrive.

Payment: Direct deposit or cash only

Cancellations: Before close of business the day prior — no charge. Same day cancellations — 50% fee. No shows will be charged the full service fee.

Bookings: Clients must be 18 years or over.

Mobile sessions: Occasionally available upon request (surcharges apply).

All sessions are conducted with full professional standards. The practitioner is clothed at all times. Sessions do not involve reciprocal touch or intercourse.
