I offer a different range of Bodywork sessions, including Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Hawaiian Kahuna Massage and An Mo Healing, all designed to provide you a deep relaxation during and after each session.

Somatic sexology is the meeting of somatics (focusing awareness through the body), with sexology (the scientific study of human sexuality).

It is the merging of practices from traditions such as yoga, meditation and tantra, with research in neuroscience, psychology and somatic learning theory. Somatic sexology develops ‘embodiment’, which is deeper presence, awareness and understanding of what is going on in your body and in sex. 

Reiki is a beautiful spiritual healing practice built on the belief that the body is innately able to heal itself.

The word “reiki” loosely translates to “universal life energy”, an energy which exists within and surrounding the body. The practice involves channeling and balancing that energy, through the specific placement of hands on or above a recipient’s (fully clothed) body.

Practitioners act as a channel for universal energy and direct healing within the recipient, depending on what the divine blueprint of the receivers soul will allow.

Through movement we can sensually embody the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine energies within us for transformation, healing and ecstatic celebration.

This magical alchemy of dance is an ecstatic embodiment practice for women and men of all ages and fitness levels. The requirement for anyone who is engaging in the practice is to have a deep desire for spiritual connection and personal transformation. 

Meditation and breathwork are intimately connected and both are the key rituals serving me in bountiful ways each day.  They provide a space to surround myself in pure awareness and love.  Free from the continued tapping of thoughts about the past or the future, things which are actually non-existent.
